Fit2you delivers innovative, functional one to one training for enhanced physical performance. It may be tailored to enhance specific aspects of fitness, focus on injury repair or take a whole body approach to improving general well-being. Fit2you also delivers group training, to small groups and organisations or via open classes (click to classes).

Fit2you works where possible from outdoor locations, using some of Poole’s inspiring beaches, woodlands and parks. We use varied tools and equipment including kettlebells and the TRX.

Fit2you works with all fitness levels and abilities including those commencing or returning to exercise after injury, lifestyle change or post-natal etc. We are happy to discuss any medical issue that may be a concern to you embarking on or continuing with your exercise regime.

We also offer health checks and fitness assessments, help with goal-setting and programme design, nutritional advice and weight loss/weight management programmes.

Jo has worked with organisations prescribing group exercise including writing and delivering a bespoke fitness programme for the RNLI Lifeguards and running hydrotherapy classes with Royal Marines Poole.

For many people group exercise is more effective for moral as well in terms of cost, so why not get together with a couple of like-minded friends to maximise your training. Sessions can be delivered at a place of your choice (depending on travel time) and visits to your home may be possible if space permits. Failing that…
