After suffering constant back niggles I was recommended Jo’s Pilates classes by a friend. Within a short time my back problems were alleviated and I was able to go back to both running and rowing. I find Pilates perfectly complements my sports, I feel much more flexible when I wake in the morning and it’s been great for weight loss. The classes gave me the skills to continue practicing at home and now I just go back to Jo for the odd refresher session.
