Legs wide, kettlbell cocked on back of one wrist. Reach arm with kettlebell towards opposite foot, allowing kettlebell to drop over and infant of the hand to thew floor (knee can bend slightly if tight). Then with core tight, drive with the legs and hips as you stand tall again, flicking the kettlbell out in arc, overhead and across the body to the same side as start position. Complete a total of 6-10 and then repeat on the other side.
