Standing on one leg, keeping supporting knee soft – take other foot in hand and pull towards buttock. Keep knees together and push hip slightly forward to maximise the stretch – use a support if required. Can also be done side-lying if unstable standing or prone (on belly) with a rolled towel under thigh/knee to increase the stretch.
