Lying on back, arms wide. One leg long on floor, one leg elevated, leg straight or soft knee if tights hamstrings. Slowly lower the elevated leg first to one side the body, reaching towards the floor and then to the other side of the body. You have to really contract the core to control the leg. Repeat on the other side – acknowledging one side may be easier than other.
