Seated, extend one leg, cross the other bent leg over and place the foot on the floor. Place the elbow on the outside of the bent leg and push away so you feel the stretch in the glue on that side. Can be done standing – cross foot over the knee and bend supporting knee to feel the stretch in the buttock rear and side, transfer this to a lying position and clasp the thing and pull towards you.
