About me

I began my career after gaining a degree in Microbiology and masters in Environmental Science. Following an expedition to Patagonia, I found myself living in London planning projects overseas. Needing a little more action, I began working at Fitness First teaching spinning. And then while training for the New York marathon, completed the diploma in PT. I then set up fit2you and relocated to Poole to make the most of the natural training environment.
Through exposure over the years to a multitude of injured clients and friends, including my work at Royal Marines Poole, and having sustained an injury or two myself, I am keenly focused on safe, functional training and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I love to mountain bike, climb and kayak and have competed in a range of endurance events. I’m also a sponsored kite-surfer and kite instructor.
